Belgian Working Dogs
Reliable dogs for your security operations
SANVIA K9 selects its bloodlines, prepares its dogs from puppyhood and hands them over trained for a specific mission: intervention, detection, tracking, search. For governments, institutions and private security companies.
One dog, one mission
Each dog is chosen and prepared for the way you will deploy it, whether you are an institution or a security company, then handed over to your handler with its documents.
- Selection matched to your mission, terrain and climate
- Prepared for real operations, not for demonstrations
- Validation of the dog before handover
- Handover to the handler and follow-up after delivery
Four dog families

1891 Belgian heritage
The cradle of the working dog
The Belgian Shepherd, including the Malinois, was born in Belgium, where its founding club was established in 1891. Belgium remains the hub of the working dog: it is where SANVIA K9 has its roots.

Our commitments
A trained dog is only useful if it arrives in good health, with its documents, and is taken in hand by its handler.
Health
Genuine health record: verifiable age, original microchip, European pet passport, full vaccinations, kennel cough included.
Transport
Transport crate supplied, transport arranged to the airport, health and customs file prepared with you.
Follow-up
Handover to the handler, then follow-up after delivery. Training courses available for your teams.
One dog or a full unit
From a single dog team to equipping a full unit, every dog is prepared and validated to the same standard.
The film
Forty-five seconds to see how we work: a dog prepared for your mission, and one point of contact in Belgium, from selection to follow-up.
The process in five steps
A clear process, from the statement of need to the dog's follow-up in the field.
-
Statement of need
Mission, environment, climate, team: you describe the intended deployment.
-
Selection
We choose the dog whose stamina, heat tolerance and temperament match the mission.
-
Validation of the dog
The dog is assessed on the exercises or odours of the agreed programme.
-
Handover
The dog is handed over to your handler, who learns to work with it.
-
Follow-up
Refresher training and on-site trainers, to maintain the dog's skills after delivery.
